Select Opportunities Limited, "the company" who own and use the Winning Online trading name, is 100% committed to protecting you whenever you make contact by telephone, email, text message or even letter, when you sign-up for any subscription or purchase any products/services and when you share any financial or personal information.

Select Opportunities Limited is a registered limited company (No: 6781221), formed in December 2008 with Mr Stephen Clark acting as the sole director and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
The registered office address of "the company" is currently International House, 61 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3HZ.
"The company" is mainly involved in the provision of independent sports-related analysis and information. The focus is on football, golf, greyhounds, horse racing, tennis and US sports.
"The company" utilises the expertise of betting industry professionals and specialists to supply information used by individuals, business partnerships and companies.
"The company" trades under the name of Winning Online - www.winningonline.co.uk.
3. What information will Select Opportunities Limited collect about you?
When you access, download, sign-up or purchase any of the products/services, activities or content of Select Opportunities Limited (for instance, newsletters, email or text message notifications), or when you text or telephone "the company", or subscribe to any products/services offered by any of the company's affiliate partners, Select Opportunities Limited may receive personal details about you.

"The company" will only send you marketing emails, text messages or letters, or contact you on social media platforms, where you have opted-in accordingly and where there is a legitimate interest for you, or "the company", to do so.
"The company" offers regular emails and text messages to let you know about products/services within its current portfolio, or future plans. From time to time you may also be contacted to give your views on existing products/services/subscriptions.
Such messages can be personalised based upon any information you have previously provided to "the company".
"The company" may use information which is held about you to show you relevant advertising on third party, or affiliate, websites. 7. Will Select Opportunities Limited share your information with anyone else?
"The company" will always keep all your personal information within "the company" except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example, to government bodies and law enforcement agencies) or as described below.
"The company" may share your information with affiliate partners where the provision of any paid for products/services are dependent upon this information disclosure to provide you with such products/services.
Generally, "the company" will only use your information within "the company" and will only share it externally where it is necessary, or you have requested it, or given your consent.
Sometimes "the company" uses third parties to process your information on its behalf. For example, to provide products/services or analysis. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information "the company" holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. You will not be charged for this procedure but, in keeping with standard industry practice, "the company" requires you to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification (copies not originals) which can be...

11. Protocol for credit and debit card processing and product purchases and subscription payments
Financial transactions between you and "the company" involving such details as your card number, expiry date or CVV security number, will not be seen, stored or retained by "the company".
"The company" does not store credit and debit card details nor does "the company" share financial details with any third parties.
"The company" uses online card payment solutions provided by Nochex - the UK's leading independent payment operator (see www.nochex.com). Nochex ensure that all the necessary safeguards and security, including full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), are upheld.
Paypal is also used as a means of conducting subscription transactions.
"The company" holds your personal information (name, address etc.) on its private database supplied, hosted and maintained by SendinBlue (www.sendinblue.com).
If you do not agree to future changes, please contact "the company" immediately using the details which already appear in point 10.
